Dr. Christine Pirillo is the Senior Director of Laboratory Medicine with oversight of Education Programs and Customer Support.  Having 24 years of experience in the Medical Laboratory Technology space, Dr. Pirillo has served the laboratory in various levels of leadership and has extensive knowledge in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma.  Dr. Pirillo holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg, a master’s degree in management from Thomas Edison State University, focused on Project Management, and undergraduate degrees in Medical Laboratory Technology, Natural Sciences and Mathematics.  Dr. Pirillo is also a fellow of the American College of Health Data Management and uses her experiences to build and drive mission critical programs in both the Education and Customer Support arms of the Laboratory service line.
