Courtney Deignan is Development Director for the American Heart Association in Eastern Pennsylvania, advancing initiatives across Northeast PA, the Greater Lehigh Valley, and Susquehanna Valley. Before entering nonprofit work, she spent nearly a decade in manufacturing and supply chain, including three years with NEPIRC. Courtney earned her degree from Misericordia University, is a lifetime Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society member, and completed Leadership Northeast’s Amplify Women’s Leadership Program. She has held advisory roles with Wilkes University, Johnson College, and Penn’s Northeast. An active volunteer supporting animal welfare and community organizations, Courtney lives in Forty Fort with her husband, Jay, and cats, Clem and Chowder.
