OUR VISION

To create a coffee shop that offers a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for employees with diverse abilities, that will serve as a gathering place and event site for the community.

At Coffee Inclusive, our commitment to inclusivity extends beyond a warm cup of coffee—a philosophy brewing within our culture. We proudly train and employ individuals with diverse abilities, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities and Autism, fostering a collaborative environment where baristas with and without disabilities work side by side. Our community coffee shop experience is not just about delicious coffee creations and delectable baked goods; it’s about creating a space where everyone is valued and celebrated.

The Bakery at Coffee Inclusive is an exciting expansion of our mission, providing additional opportunities for employment and further expanding our training programs. Through this initiative, we continue to empower individuals with diverse abilities to pursue their passions and achieve their goals, building on the success and community impact of Coffee Inclusive.
