Ashley Leighton is a lifelong NEPA resident and graduate of Holy Redeemer High School and King’s College in Wilkes-Barre. Her professional experience is primarily in Human Resources, where she supports employees and helps individuals navigate their employment journeys. Growing up in an environment that encouraged individuals with disabilities to be themselves and pursue their goals shaped Ashley’s commitment to inclusion. As the niece of an individual with disabilities, she gained a meaningful perspective that continues to guide her personally and professionally. Ashley proudly serves on the Coffee Inclusive Board in honor of her late uncle, Patrick Leighton.
