Megan Rogers is Pricing Supervisor at Benco Dental, the nation’s largest privately owned dental distributor and a Coffee Inclusive supporter. She leads analysts overseeing pricing strategy, market analytics, and initiatives supporting sales, operations, and growth. During nearly four years at Benco, she earned two promotions and became known for translating complex data into decisions and mentoring talent. Megan holds a B.A. in Information Technology from Bloomsburg University and is completing an MBA in IT. A Leadership Northeast Core Class of 2026 graduate and Halloweentown co-organizer, she lives in West Pittston with Eric and their two children, volunteering at the local Catholic school.
