Joseph F. Saporito, III, is an attorney at Saporito, Falcone & Watt, where he focuses his practice on general litigation (commercial, criminal defense, and civil litigation), commercial transactions, estate planning & probate, and guardianships. Attorney Saporito is proud to be a third-generation attorney in the City of Pittston and he is active in his community. Attorney Saporito is a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Pittston Chamber of Commerce, he also serves as a Board Member for the City of Pittston Civil Service Commission, and he is the solicitor for the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Pittston. Attorney Saporito is active within the Pennsylvania Bar Association (“PBA”) and his local bar associations. He serves as a Delegate in the Zone 5 House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Lackawanna Bar Association Young Lawyers’ Division, and he is a member of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association.
