Frank Bartoli is the founder and CEO of PA Inclusive and Coffee Inclusive, bringing more than 30 years of accomplished non-profit leadership to his work. His passion for disability advocacy is deeply personal: inspired by his daughter Ellie, who has Down Syndrome, Frank established PA Inclusive to help people with disabilities live full, typical, and self-directed lives. Ellie’s experiences with meaningful inclusion in school and the community—including being named Pittston Area High School’s 2017 Homecoming Queen—serve as the heart of the organization’s mission and vision.
Throughout his career, Frank has held numerous leadership roles within the disability and non-profit sectors. He has served as Executive Director of The Arc of Delaware County, a board member of The Arc of Pennsylvania, and president of The Arc Community Trust. He was also appointed to the Governor’s Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities. Beyond his disability advocacy work, Frank’s non-profit experience includes many years within the YMCA movement, and he continues to support organizations nationwide through Bartoli Advocacy and Consulting Services, offering expertise in leadership, program development, and grant writing.
Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Lock Haven University and a Master’s Degree in Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife reside in Pittston, PA, where his commitment to inclusion remains both a professional mission and a personal passion.
