This all-levels vinyasa experience encourages slow\, organic movement\, guiding you to connect with your breath\, body\, and natural rhythm within. \nThe class will take place at The Salt Barre\, followed by a curated brunch at Coffee Inclusive\, allowing you to carry that sense of calm and connection into the rest of your day. \nThe session includes 45 minutes of yoga focused on mindful movement and presence\, followed by 15 minutes of restorative sound healing to help you reconnect with your inner balance and embodied self. No yoga experience necessary.
